Tiger observed what was going on in the front yard. When Rocket and his boy took a break, Tiger strolled over to the tunnel. He sniffed the entrance, walked through nonchalantly, then spoke 🙂
Rocket is amenable to becoming an agility dog – providing it pays in liver treats!
Here is another of these large, eye-catching flowers. I find the horsemint spectacular flowers. And this year we have many of them. Funny fact: they are growing in the pasture from which I just removed the horses this spring 🙂
Just at sunrise I was out for some exercise – or so I told myself. The fact that I was carrying my camera is really all the evidence you need that I was really out there for a more artistic sort of exercise than strictly working up a sweat and raising my heart rate. This is what caught my attention first:
I do not know what this plant is called. I haven’t yet looked it up, either. But I do recognize it now!
Unsolicited advice: Do not brush up against it with your bare ankle or leg. Do not drag your forearm across it when picking flowers. And definitely do NOT sit on it when taking photos! Actually, avoid sitting on it in any situation 😉
Tiger waits patiently for me to finish taking photos of that everloving DOG, and either get on with the walk or focus some attention on him.
