Hackberries in Ice

Ice was on everything, highlighting structures we might not normally notice, bringing them lower so we could see them. Overhanging branches reached down like nets, barricading the usual paths.

      Thank you! They are certainly fun, and a photo can’t capture the sounds of dripping and even crashing that accompany a trek to photograph ice when the sun is out!
