The corn was still a little on the crunchy side; it’s a good thing we both like raw corn :o)
We have learned since last Monday, when some of our lunch was burned. This time we used an inner wrapper of cabbage leaves – inside the aluminum foil pouch – so that the rest of the hobo stew wouldn’t burn. It worked great! We cooked the hobo stew separately from the corn. It was yummy!
